Trash & litter along I-90 in Erie County Pennsylvania This is only on three exits. PennDot says they do not ignore this problem. You decide. This is the first thing tourists see when visiting our area. More photos coming soon as I am just starting to document this mess on I-90. 55 miles to go each way! All this trash will be brush hogged in the next month or so after the grass and weeds start to hide most of this.. I travel I-90 everyday. Never picked up (allegedly) year to year. I wouldn't exactly call this a safe highway to travel on. There is a lot to like in this state but this is not one of them.
